Definitions

"Buyer" means the consumer who buys or agrees to buy goods on this website.

"Goods" means all products listed on the order and the order confirmation Email/Letter.

"Delivery" means the delivery of the goods to the address specified on the order.

"Consumer" has the meaning given in section 12 Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977.

Hellfire Gaming Industries reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions when necessary, without notice to you and any changes will take effect on the day they are posted.

Hellfire Gaming Industries works very hard to ensure that the content on the website is correct, however on the rare occasions that we oversell a product your order may be subject to delay or alteration.

Our site contains a large number of Products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the Products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures, if there is a clear and obvious pricing error.  We are under no obligation to provide the Product to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you a Acceptance Confirmation, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a miss-pricing.

Delivery

Delivery charges vary based on the type of order you make. These are listed on our Delivery & Returns page or added to your basket. You would be able to view any charges before any payment is made. Delivery times vary depending on the service used. This is dependent on the size of each order sent.  Hellfire Gaming Industries is not responsible for guaranteeing your delivery time that is dependent on the delivery company.

Hellfire Gaming Industries will deliver to the dispatch addressed provided by the consumer. If this address is incorrect Hellfire Gaming Industries will not assume responsibility for the goods that don’t reach their desired destination.

Card Conditions

All single cards will be sent in Mint/Near Mint or Excellent condition. They will be adequately protected when sent. Some cards will have no more than very minor wear, may have a minor nick along one edge of the card, or some other minor flaw but usually barely noticeable. This is normal as you get this from cards straight from the boosters from time to time often. We take the utmost care when handling cards and strive to get you your cards in the best condition.

Payment

We take payment for the goods once the order has been made.

Liability

Hellfire Gaming Industries will do its best to correct errors and omissions as quickly as possible after being notified of the errors.
