Returns Policy

Your purchase is covered by the consumer Distant Selling Regulations, if you wish to return an item you can do within 14 days of purchase, so long as the item is returned unopened and in the same condition as received. Please contact us if you wish to arrange a return. You will receive a full refund if the order is not yet dispatched, if the order has been dispatched before you cancel, then you would be able to return the item, but would be liable for the postage charges for both us sending the order out and the return postage costs. The customer is responsible for any returned goods until we receive them and have checked they are in the same condition as they were went sent. After we have checked the products, a choice of exchange, refund or store credit will be available to you. More details below. 

Returns Details:

• Products can be returned within 14 days of the initial purchase.
• Single cards must be returned in the same condition as sent out.
• Sealed product must be returned in its original packaging, undamaged and unopened.
• Products not returned in this condition will be refunded at 50% of the sale value
• If your order was valid for free p&p and the returned items are not faulty. If the total is under £75 you will have to pay for shipping as your order will no longer be valid for free p&p.
