Orders over £75 are free delivery within the UK.

Same day dispatch on most orders before 3:00 pm.

Delivery & Returns

We offer order weight delivery rates & collection in store. Just make your order either online or call us to ask to reserve items for you. We accept cash on collection. We cannot accept orders over the phone. We endeavor to get your orders sent within 1 working day if the item is in stock.

Delivery Times:

• Please allow 1 - 5 working days for delivery in the UK.
• Please allow 3 - 14 working days for delivery to Continental Europe.
• Please allow 3 - 24 working days for delivery to Worldwide.

Delivery times are not guaranteed, for standard delivery, Hellfire Gaming Industries will only be in a position to resend or refund UK orders after a period of 28 days has passed, for European orders this period is 42 days. Orders are sent either 1st or 2nd class Royal Mail PPI mail. Larger or heavy items may be sent via our Next Working Day Courier and has a free predict notification email and text service. Which will notify you of your hour delivery slot for delivery of you parcel.

Pre-Order Products -Important!

Please note that any order containing pre-order products will NOT be dispatched until all products are available to be dispatched. Please make a separate order if you need your other products sooner.

ANY Order that includes a pre-order item will be held until all items can be dispatched together. Please keep this in mind while placing your orders for both pre-order items and in-stock items. If you need your in-stock items before the pre-order items are able to be dispatched please make a separate order for them. Thank you.

Also please note that release dates are not set in stone and may be sent earlier or later than stated. This can be due to the manufacturers but is out of our control. As soon as we are able to dispatch your item we will pack and send them straight out. As we strive to get you your gaming goodness as soon as possible.

European Shipping:

• £2.95 Delivery for Card Single orders of any amount

• £5.95 Delivery on all orders up to 200g

• £9.95 Delivery on all orders 1kg or Under

• £14.95 Delivery on all orders 2kg or Under (Max Weight for European orders - 2Kg)

Worldwide Shipping:

• £3.95 Delivery for Card Single orders of any amount

• £23.95 Delivery on all orders 2kg or Under (Max Weight for International orders - 2Kg)

Returns Details:

• Products can be returned within 14 days of the initial purchase.
• Single cards must be returned in the same condition as sent out.
• Sealed product must be returned in its original packaging, undamaged and unopened.
• Products not returned in this condition will be refunded at 50% of the sale value
